I don't know if any of you all renewed or extended your subscription to Sirius radio to get the C&J "appearance" on the Cousin Bruce Morrow Show on 10/28, but if you did, I'd like to hear from anyone who was as disappointed as I was in what resulted.
Long story short, or shorter, the whole appearance consisted of a 48 second recorded interview, and a replay of their performance of Summer Song from Morrow's show in 2008. I don't know if the brevity of the appearance was known to C&J's staff prior to actual showtime, so I guess you can't really place the blame on anyone for overly promo'ing a 48 second appearance, but I was sort of expecting more, you know:)? So let me know, was that 48 second piece worth your time to chase down, or is it just me whining?
Also, a brief note for anyone planning a web site visit. The site has an embedded video clip of C&J's ST Louis TV appearance that starts up when you visit the "news" section of the web site. So, just be prepared for a commercial to start playing over your pc speakers when you attempt to check out current news.
For those that asked, the gout situation has vastly improved, and I got a new prescription for another gout med that should do more in preventing these little incidents.
And pass the word. It would really be a great idea to get some venue info passed on to Tim and Caswell for 2010 bookings. As far as I know, they feel best suited to venues of 400/500, or a bit less, to maintain intimacy. If you've seen them, you know what I mean. If not, check a few of my videos here and you'll see that the halls, churches and theaters where they've played recently are truly cozy places. Not the Wolf's Den at the CT casino maybe, but the churches for sure :).
That's it.

Tony, do you have any ideas how we embed the KSDK clip in our MySpace pages, etc. without a commercial each time? Maybe that's the price we have to pay to watch. Thanks, Janet
