Happy Birthday, George!

Most important stuff first. Happy birthday to my good friend George. We go back to the 60's, we were in a band together for a bit, with George singing lead, and it's been a long and wonderful friendship. Dude!

I don't know where I'm going next here, but I'll figure it out soon. I don't know that there really is a need anymore to look at if or how social networking media is or will be used going forward, nor do I know that it's really necessary to explore the two remaining sites of Chad & Jeremy's web site presence in any detail, as you can well visit both the web site and "official store" for yourselves.

What I might do, though, is offer some perspective, from a fan's point of view, about how things might become a bit more user friendly, maybe a bit more accessible, and maybe brought a bit more up to date. In general, that is.

Or not. I'm getting a funny feeling that, despite the recent shows in NV and MA, interest may be lagging more than a little bit. Not much discussion about their actual performances to be seen on MySpace and Facebook, their Twitter page is now down, and the Yahoo group seems to be taken up with all sorts of odd stuff. We've seen some new pictures (more or less duplicated on the web site and MySpace), a new video from LV, Donna's review, and I guess that will be the extent of it.

Anyway, George, hope it was a good one, and we need to have a beer together soon. Everyone else, on to Friday.
