OK, so the pickup for my 12 string arrived today, and I think we're about set for the rehearsal. I think Mr. Fitzgerald is trying to work some songs into the set list that we really either haven't practiced much or suck at, so we'll need to discuss those. I'm trying to get Just Like Romeo & Juliet in, as well as I'd Really Love to See You Tonight, though I'm not committed to them.
I have never sung with lyrics on a stand in front of me, though I do know that a lot of real singers do use monitors. I guess I should learn as many as I can before showtime to avoid embarrassment. Then again, a few beers might reduce that to some degree.
No Chad & Jeremy content tonight. I was looking at my video from 5/2, and a lot of it is just plain washed out. I'll try to pick through the songs and see if anything can be salvaged.
That's it. I think my salmon's done.

I'd go for Just Like Romeo and Juliet - love it! Hope the rehearsals are going well. Just record everything onto the iPod and plug yourself in 24/7 and you'll learn the lyrics without even realising it. Beers might help too ;)
